Got an emergency? Cannot attend your distance healing session at the scheduled time?
No worries! We are here to help you.
First, message your client or practitioner through Healing Clouds message option that you are unable to attend the session at the scheduled time.
Along with this, let us know about the rescheduling as soon as possible so that we can have your existing session cancelled from our system.
You must keep us updated about the rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the current session time.
Discuss with your practitioner/client and agree an alternative date and time that is convenient to you both and available for the practitioner. Once the updated date and time are finalised, message us through the live chat with the details or send us a message from Contact Us page.
We will have your session rescheduled from our system as per the requested date and time. You will receive an email with the updated date and time for the session.
For Practitioners only:
Please note that if you are providing an alternative date and time to your clients for the session rescheduling, please make sure you update your availability and add the new date and time to it if not already added.
We shall not be able to reschedule the session unless there is an availability on your profile for the requested date and time.
